Child Safety Standards
SpotHub has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse or exploitation and for any content or conduct that endangers children.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, including real, generated, or illustrated content.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, or requesting sexual content from a child.
- Sharing, requesting, promoting, or facilitating content or conduct that sexualizes or exploits children.
Reporting in SpotHub
Members can use the in-app reporting tool, available from the flag icon or report menu on relevant content. For urgent concerns, or if you cannot use the in-app tool, contact our child safety point of contact below. Do not email or attach child sexual abuse material.
How we respond
We prioritize child-safety reports. We may remove content, restrict or disable accounts, and preserve records needed for an investigation. We report to appropriate national or regional authorities when required by law or when we believe a child may be at risk. We cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests.
