Using SpotHub
By accessing or using SpotHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Gatherings and conduct
Hosts are responsible for the gatherings they create and for communicating accurate location, time, visibility, and participation details.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, or endanger another person.
- Do not use SpotHub for unlawful activity, spam, or unauthorized commercial promotion.
- Respect gathering rules, capacity limits, other members, and the places you visit.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give SpotHub permission to host, process, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.
Only share content you have the right to use. You may remove your content where the product provides that control.
Places and availability
Place details, gathering information, directions, availability, and member-submitted content may be incomplete or change. Confirm important details before relying on them.
SpotHub does not organize member-created gatherings and cannot guarantee attendance, conduct, safety, or the suitability of a place or gathering.
Enforcement and changes
We may restrict or remove content, gatherings, or accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or interfere with the service. We may also change or discontinue features.
If these terms change materially, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use SpotHub after the change means the updated terms apply.
