Delete your account

How to submit a request

1. Email the SpotHub support team from an address you can access.
2. Use “Delete my SpotHub account” as the subject and include the phone number linked to your account, with its country code.
3. We will ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion and will email you when the request is complete.

Data that is deleted

• Your account, phone number, display name, username, avatar, and year of birth.
• Memberships, invitations, requests, and account preferences associated with you.
• Personal content that can be removed without compromising other users’ records.

Data that may be retained

We may retain the minimum records needed to meet legal obligations, protect people and the service, prevent fraud or abuse, or resolve disputes. Some shared records may remain after they are disconnected from your identity when needed to preserve the integrity of gatherings, conversations, or reports. We delete or anonymize these records when the legitimate need to retain them ends.
