When information is shared
Profile and activity information is shown according to the feature you use. Public gatherings may be visible to anyone, while private gathering details and chat are limited to authorized members or invitees.
We may use service providers for hosting, database storage, maps, authentication messages, real-time updates, and other infrastructure. They receive only the information needed to provide their service. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect people and the service.
Retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and preserve legitimate moderation records.
You can update supported profile details and control gathering visibility and participation through the product. You can also deny device location permission, although location-based features may then be limited.
Security and younger users
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
SpotHub is intended for people aged 13 and older. If we learn that an ineligible child provided personal information, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
